Check what we read

We show you the numbers and units we found — you confirm them. Two quick questions: your age and sex. If a hormone needs your cycle day, we ask. Without these, a range is a guess, so we won’t rate it.

Read your report

Every value gets a colour, a sentence in plain words and the source of the range. Green = good. Yellow = worth improving. Red = talk to a doctor. Then the plan, the chat and the trend take over.

The three colours

You’ll know how you’re doing at a glance

Green = good

This value is fine for someone like you. Keep doing what you do.

Yellow = worth improving

Not an alarm. We tell you why, and give you simple steps for the next 90 days.

Red = talk to a doctor

This value needs a doctor’s look. We say so clearly — no panic, no guessing.

What makes the reading yours

Age & sex ranges

26 range sets. TSH rises with age; ferritin falls faster in menstruating women; hormones move with the cycle.

A source for every range

WHO, ESC/EAS, European Thyroid Association, EFSA, AHA/CDC and others. Check any line or show it to your doctor.

Context first

A high CRP changes how ferritin should be read. We read inflammation first, then the rest.
