Accessibility statement
Feel Awsm d.o.o. wants everyone to be able to read their blood test explanation, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification or high contrast.
What this statement covers
The website bloodlab360.com (English and Slovenian) and the web application at bloodlabportal.pages.dev (Slovenian, Serbian and English), including the AI chat panel. Standard applied: WCAG 2.1 level AA (EN 301 549).
Conformance status
Partially conformant. The automated checks pass; a few manual criteria are still being reviewed (see known limitations).

How the pages are built for accessibility
- ✓One main landmark, sequential headings, visible focus ring on every interactive element.
- ✓Every form field has a visible label; icon-only buttons have an accessible name; switches expose their state.
- ✓Ratings are never conveyed by colour alone: each value also has a text label (optimal, borderline, out of range, no rating).
- ✓Text can be enlarged to 200 % without loss of content; no horizontal scrolling at 320 px.
- ✓Animations respect the reduced-motion setting; nothing flashes.
- ✓Language is declared on every page and the language switch is available in the menu, also on phones.
Known limitations
- ✓The 3D body model on the app home screen is decorative and is skipped by screen readers; the same information is available in the markers list.
- ✓Trend charts are drawn on canvas; values are also listed in the table below each chart.
- ✓PDF reports you upload are read by our software; scanned images without a text layer are processed by image recognition and may be read less reliably.
- ✓A full manual screen-reader walkthrough (NVDA, VoiceOver) of the application is scheduled before paid features launch.
