| Worth improving | 80 – 160 titer | Low titre (1:80–1:160). Common in healthy people too, especially older adults; on its own it does not mean disease. |
| Talk to a doctor | 160 titer and above | Higher titre (1:160 and above). Needs clinical assessment. This is a classification (research) threshold, not a diagnosis. |
